Early-access privacy notice

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your answers if you complete the optional learner questionnaire, and allowlisted referral information such as campaign tags. Clerk manages the waitlist, confirmation email, later invitations, and account authentication. The current friends-and-family alpha is admitted separately with a shared access code. Questionnaire submissions remain unverified self-report and never establish identity or grant product access.

How we use it

We use this information to understand who is interested in Echoa, interpret early feedback, and improve the product and its positioning. Questionnaire answers do not affect access. We do not sell your information. PostHog receives a small set of structured funnel events, but not your email or free-text questionnaire answer. The form itself is excluded from automatic interaction capture and blocked from session recordings.

Optional analytics remains off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can reopen Analytics choices from the button at the bottom of the page and change that choice at any time.

Retention and your choices

We retain a waitlist application for no more than 12 months, or less if you ask us to delete it. You may ask us to correct or delete your application by emailing hello@echoa.app.

Confirmation and invitation messages relate only to the early access you requested. This form does not subscribe you to a product newsletter.
